Memorivos is more than a website.

It is a place where people preserve their stories, celebrate loved ones and protect family history for future generations.

Every member helps shape this community.

These guidelines are designed to keep Memorivos respectful, welcoming and safe for everyone.

Every museum tells a different story.

Please treat every member with kindness and respect.

We encourage thoughtful conversations, constructive feedback and genuine support.

Harassment, bullying or abusive behaviour is never acceptable.

Many memories shared on Memorivos are deeply personal.

Some may celebrate joyful moments.

Others may remember difficult experiences or loved ones who are no longer with us.

Please approach every memory with empathy and understanding.

Only upload content that you:

• Own
• Created
• Have permission to use
• Have the legal right to share

Please respect the privacy and rights of others when uploading photographs, videos, documents and recordings.

Before sharing memories involving other people, consider whether they would be comfortable with that information being shared.

Memorivos provides privacy controls so you can decide exactly who can view your museum.

Do not upload or share content that:

• Is illegal.
• Promotes violence.
• Encourages hatred or discrimination.
• Contains harassment or threats.
• Is sexually explicit.
• Exploits children.
• Promotes terrorism or criminal activity.
• Contains malicious software or harmful links.
• Attempts to deceive or impersonate others.

Content that violates these guidelines may be removed.

Accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines may be suspended or terminated.

The AI Curator is designed to help preserve memories.

Please review AI-generated stories, summaries and timelines before sharing them.

AI may occasionally make mistakes or misunderstand context.

Members remain responsible for the content they choose to save or publish.

If you invite guests into your museum:

• Share only the rooms you want others to see.
• Respect the privacy of other members.
• Do not misuse another person's memories.
• Do not copy or redistribute content without permission.

Every museum deserves respect.

Please do not upload material unless you have permission.

Respect the intellectual property and creative work of others.

If you discover content that violates these guidelines, please let us know.

Your reports help keep Memorivos welcoming and safe for everyone.

Our team will review reported content as quickly as possible.
