Memorivos is a digital museum where people can preserve, organise and share their life's memories for future generations.

By creating an account or using Memorivos, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Memorivos.

Our mission is simple.

To help people preserve their memories, stories and family history in a beautiful and meaningful way.

Everything we build is designed around that purpose.

To use Memorivos you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
• Have permission to use the information you upload.
• Comply with these Terms of Service.

If you create an account on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the appropriate authority to do so.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure.
• Maintaining accurate account information.
• All activity carried out using your account.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please contact us immediately.

Everything you upload remains your property.

This includes:

• Photographs
• Videos
• Voice recordings
• Documents
• Stories
• Museum Rooms
• Exhibits
• AI Interviews
• Timeline entries

Memorivos does not claim ownership of your memories.

You simply grant us the permissions necessary to securely store, display and process your content in order to provide the Memorivos service.

Memorivos includes Artificial Intelligence features to assist with:

• Story generation
• Photograph restoration
• Memory organisation
• AI Interviews
• Timeline creation
• Smart search
• Museum recommendations

AI-generated content is intended to assist you.

You remain responsible for reviewing any AI-generated information before saving or sharing it.

You control who can access your museum.

You may choose to:

• Keep rooms private.
• Invite guests.
• Share selected rooms.
• Remove access at any time.

Please ensure you only share content you are comfortable making available to others.

Guest Passes allow visitors to explore only the rooms you choose to share.

Guests must respect your content and may not copy, distribute or misuse your memories without your permission.

You agree not to use Memorivos to:

• Upload illegal content.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Harass or threaten others.
• Share harmful software.
• Attempt unauthorised access to other accounts.
• Disrupt or damage the service.
• Violate applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You should only upload content that:

• You created.
• You own.
• You have permission to use.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us.

Memorivos is designed to preserve memories.

For this reason, content is normally archived before permanent removal.

Archived memories remain under your control and can be restored unless permanently deleted by you.

The Founders Programme recognises early supporters of Memorivos.

Founding Contributions are voluntary and help support the future development of Memorivos.

Participation does not grant ownership of Memorivos or voting rights unless explicitly stated.

Some features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription details, pricing and billing periods will be clearly displayed before purchase.

You may cancel your subscription according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

Memorivos does not store your complete payment card information.

We aim to provide a reliable service.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

Maintenance, updates or unexpected issues may occasionally affect access.

Memorivos will continue to evolve.

Features may be added, improved or retired over time.

We will always strive to improve the experience while protecting your existing memories.

Your use of Memorivos is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your account and memories.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We encourage members to use strong passwords and protect their account credentials.

You may close your account at any time.

Following account closure, certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memorivos is provided on an "as available" basis.

While we work hard to preserve your memories and maintain the service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of Memorivos.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time as Memorivos grows.

When significant changes are made, we will notify members through the website where appropriate.
