What happens if a Clara action fails?
A failed paid Clara action should return its Credits when the result cannot be completed.

Overview
Paid Clara actions use the museum’s central Credit record. Features designed with failure refunds return the charge when generation does not complete.
How it works
- 1Keep the error message or action name.
- 2Refresh the Credit balance and open Credit History.
- 3Look for the original charge and any refund entry.
- 4If the balance remains wrong, contact Support rather than repeating the action many times.
