Keep the original safe, confirm the file type and connection, then retry once before contacting Support.

Overview
An interrupted upload should not affect the source file on your device. Repeated attempts with an unsuitable file will not make it valid.
How it works
- 1Keep the original file and note the message shown.
- 2Confirm you chose the matching photo, audio, video or document upload.
- 3Check that the browser remains online and the file is not still open in another process.
- 4Retry once with a common supported format.
- 5Contact Support if the same file continues to fail.
